Repairs and Servicing
 
We have a fully equipped service and repair department in-house. 90 per cent of all jobs can be completed quickly on our premises.
 

We are able to service and repair many items of tackle, including reels, rods, stoves, beds and bivvies.

Although some repairs are difficult to price due to their individuality, we have prepared a tariff for the more common jobs outlined below.

Our after-sales back-up service is second to none.
 

We always do our best to respond quickly and fairly to any problem relating to tackle purchased from us.

In the event of a problem, call us straightaway and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve it as fast as possible.

We also sell some 'Exclusive' or 'Branded' items. Because these items can be identified as having been bought from us, we are able to pass on several benefits relating to back-up and service.
 
Tackle Box Extended Life Warranty
 

A Tackle Box Exclusive or Branded Product is not only covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, but is also covered free by our 'Extended Life Warranty'. At any time in the future (even 10 years from now) the following conditions will still apply:
 
FREE OF CHARGE SMALL REPAIRS
In the case of mail order only, return postage will be charged.
 

HALF-PRICE SERVICING AND MAJOR REPAIRS

Major repairs carried out by the manufacturer will only be charged at trade price.
 
A LOAN PRODUCT

In the event that we are unable to service or repair your item before you need it again, we will lend you a replacement for the duration.
 

NB The terms above apply as long as the manufacturer continues to supply the relevant parts. The distinction between 'small' and 'major' repairs is at our discretion.

Branded Product Certificate

An 'Exclusive & Branded Product Certificate' (shown left) accompanies each purchase.

Our exclusive and branded products include all reels, bite alarms, Titan bivvies and selected rods.
