Customer Service availability

The Customer Service Department is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (from 9.30am on Thursday). If you have any questions relating to orders already placed or received please contact us between these times.

Please note that the shop is open longer hours and at weekends. Shop staff will be happy to try and help with mail order enquiries, but may be unable to do so outside Customer Service hours.
