We are delighted to announce that from today onwards our Customer Service team will be available for you all the time the shop is open. So that's 8:30am - 6pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat, 9:30am - 6pm Thurs and 8:30am - 1pm on Sunday. Our Mail Order team will be working 7 days a week too!
We have made these changes so that we can offer you an even better service ... we aim to dispatch your orders faster and be there to respond to any questions without any delay to you.
Please note that while we will do out best to sort out any problems, some carriers are not available at weekends, so we may be prevented from completely resolving a delivery problem until the following Monday. Also the Customer Service team (for mail order enquiries) will not be available on Bank Holidays.
