Dispatch times

Our Mail Order Department operates from Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, within one working day (Monday to Friday) of receipt if we can. During peak times this may not be possible.

Orders to UK Destinations are sent by first class post or via a parcel carrier (24 hour service from time of despatch), depending on the goods and delivery speed ordered.

Orders to International Destinations will be sent according to customer requirements.
