"Many thanks to both Jim and Pete for the outstanding customer service which I recently received. Thanks for replacing the Nash NXT D-CAM line (18lb), even though I had caused the problem by soaking the line for 24hrs prior to loading my reels. I will be forwarding a similar e-mail to all of the carp monthly periodicals, putting forward my excellent customer experience when shopping at the Tackle Box."
