I had received an order on Thursday but then realised that I had ordered the wrong size reel fitting. I rang on Friday and spoke to the ever helpful Peter, explained my problem, he in turn then put me through to Jake in Mail Order. Once again another helpful person. I was advised that the correct size fitting would be put in the post that day (Friday) together with a return label for the other fitting. I assumed that the replacement would come next week. You can imagine my surprise when it arrived at 9.30am today (Saturday).
Now that service is something else!

Summer competition - Big Thank you
I just wanted to say many thanks for my son's £10 voucher for the summer catch competition. He was over the moon to receive it.
He has already ordered some new line, wychwood DPF, just because its purple and its his favourite colour. As usual with your brilliant service, its already arrived.
I am going to help him spool his reel this weekend.

I would just like to say a couple of things to you guys and the first is I'm shocked on just how quickly your delivery services is!! I ordered 2 Darent Valley 11ft (0.75lb) Specialist Rod yesterday and Iv just received them in less than 24hrs and the Second thing is I can't Believe the value for money with These rods!! I got them for my perch fishing this winter and there exactly what I wanted so thank you and keep up the excellent service and this won't be the last time I order from you I can assure you of that.. I had purchased a new CJT 3.5 Dumpy Distance Lead Mould which had a slight fault, Peter from Tackle Box was outstanding with his swift response to the issue, sending out a further 2 moulds to ensure i was happy. Truly 1st class customer care.

It was nice to meet some of your colleagues in the shop this afternoon. The very quick reel repair was fab, thank you, I was also amazed at the cost, so I agreed to pay a couple more quid. In addition I brought one of my rods up for repair and look forward to the result. Most pleasing.

Hi I just wanted to let you know that I had really great service from some of your staff, Jason and Tom, recently. I had some work done to an old set of rods which look fantastic with new tip rings etc. The guy that dealt with my request at the desk was excellent both polite, informative and great with his communication over the phone and in person.
