"I recently contacted your shop with an enquiry re a Fox Royale XXL bivvy. I had spent a considerable amount of time both phoning shops and researching on the internet all tackle shops that advertised this bivvy. We drew an absolute blank - no one had this bivvy in stock (regardless of their claims) - no one was prepared to put themselves out for us either. To cut a long story short I had a long chat with Fox who confirmed there were none in the country at the moment. I then spoke to Gary D and explained I really wanted to see this bivvy before buying. Gary contacted the rep and arranged for a demo bivvy to be at Tackle Box this week. I phoned to confirm it had arrived on Wednesday and have to say your guys were extremely helpful. Pete, Jason and Sam were all a credit to your store - they were all friendly, very helpful, polite and very efficient. As a result I have ordered the bivvy and overwrap. In this day and age I am all too aware that people are very quick to complain - I thought their conduct was well worth some praise."
