Known issues with new website

Please see below for issues with the new website that we are aware of (and a big thanks to the customers who have taken the time to call and let us know).

2/8/10 - Contact Us page not working
We have just become aware that communication to us, using the Contact Us page is not working. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused if you have tried this method. Please email us directly on mail@tacklebox.co.uk or call 01322 292400, for now.
Fixed.

24/6/10 - Customer emails
Today we have had the problem that some order confirmation emails sent to customers have not recorded goods ordered accurately. We are unable to solve this immediately so have disabled the confirmation email for now. Your order confirmation will still be shown in your account.
Fixed.

 23/6/10 - Product options drop down box not wide enough
When a product has options to choose from you can see them in a drop down box on the product page. If you are using Internet Explorer the options box is not wide enough. This site works best in Firefox, so if you can change to that browser please try it. We will see if the IE problem can be fixed.

23/6/10 - Searching by product code
On the old site you could search by entering the product code directly in the main search box. That is not possible on this site.

Instead click on 'Advanced Search' to the right of the search box:

and enter the code in 'Search by product code':

Then click on 'Search'.

23/6/10 - Using the search box generally
We are finding that searches are more successful if you use the Advanced Search. You can then choose 'all of these words' and all the possible products will be found. We are looking into the issues with the main search box.

23/6/10 - Shipping option not available to France
A customer ordering from France could not access a shipping option. Please note that this site only accepts international orders from registered customers. Once you have registered, please log in and shipping options will be available.
