Order Statuses

Processed
We charge for your order when you place it so this will be the status when your order has been placed successfully.

Received
We have physically received your order in our Mail Order Department and are dealing with the packing and despatch.

Verified
We have checked that we have all the information we need to pack and ship your order.

Queued
Your order is in the queue awaiting packing and dispatch.

Partial Ship
Part of your order has been dispatched. Remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

Complete
All the items in your order have been dispatched.

Other statuses may be:

Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled. Usually this would be in response to instructions from you.

Failed
Order payment has failed.

Open
Your order has remained open, rather than being processed. This may be because you have placed an order for a shipping quote or may be due to a problem with the payment processor.
