Payment should be
made in full (including postage) at
time of order. Acceptable methods of
payment are credit or debit card (please
supply expiry date and where there is
one, an issue number and/or a 'valid
from' date), cheque drawn on a UK bank,
UK postal order (UK), international
money order (in Sterling) or cash (Sterling).
Please always use registered post (now
Special Delivery in the UK) with cash. |

UK prices given below
are for single-parcel orders (under 30kg) going to England, Wales
and parts of Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands). Whenever possible we pack orders into single parcels but sometimes it is not possible. For
multi-parcel orders or orders going to The Channel Islands, Northern
Ireland, Scottish Highlands
& Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly the delivery charges
may be higher. Please enquire. |

Delivery Charges for Online Orders
Please note that we sell a huge variety of items and there is a limit to the number of different delivery charges our online system can calculate. Some orders (e.g. those going to outside mainland UK as mentioned above) or some items (e.g. boats) cannot be sent for the charge calculated by the system. If the delivery charge differs from that printed on your invoice we will contact you before charging or despatching your order. If the delivery charge for specific items is already known to us (e.g. the haulage charge for boats) the price will be indicated in the product information on the web site.

mail is collected Monday to Friday,
so 'Next Day' orders received on a Friday,

be delivered on a Tuesday). Next day delivery is not possible
to some areas outside mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands)
UK.
Small orders (as defined above) £6.00,
medium orders £9.00 and large, heavy or high value orders
£12.00.
Saturday delivery £22.00 (parcels under 1.5m). For parcels over 1.5m please enquire).

orders depends on the destination, weight, value and size of
the order. Please let us know what items you would like to order
and the destination, and we will calculate an accurate delivery
charge based on the best method of shipping the items you require.
If you are ordering from abroad, the
online ordering system gives you the
option of asking us to quote for goods
and postage before we charge for or
despatch your order.

all orders within one working day (Monday to Friday) of receipt. During peak times this may not be possible. Orders to UK
destinations are sent by first
class post or via our carrier, depending
on the goods ordered.

be sent by airmail or via an appropriate carrier depending on
the goods ordered. |
