Telephone orders and product codes

All items in the catalogue have a product code.

The product codes help us to process orders quickly and accurately. The product code can also be typed in the advanced search box on the web site for fast ordering.

Although we have product codes, at present we do not have a computerised telephone ordering system. So if you place an order by phone, your call will be answered usually by an expert angler who will take your order in writing. So please be ready to give not just the product code, but also the name of each item. We will then be able to make sure that choices like colours and sizes are recorded accurately on your order.
