I am writing to thank and highly commend the staff at the Tackle Box.
I came into your shop to gear up for a week at Gigantica and gain some more knowledge.
I was unsuccessful that week but....returned for a second week in March for some unfinished business!
I chatted extensively with Lee Jackson regarding some tactics on pva bags long range at depth. Also about thermoclines. His input was invaluable.
I succeeded in landing a common called Bernard’s at 47lb 12oz! The fish has only been caught 3 times previously since 2014. (Not a monster I know but it’s a tough lake especially in the winter!)

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed its a pity the so called big companies don’t go in there from time to time always helpful

It never ceases to amaze me that whoever answers my phone call to TB, the staff always seem to go out of their way to help, however vague or poorly structured is my call. Have you ever thought of doing customer service training for some of the big retail chains, you'd make a fortune. Perhaps not, you might give up the fishing tackle side.

We recently visited your shop , to seek some local advice about fishing at "Darenth Big Lake", as we had entered The British Carp Angling Championship 2019.
The assistant we talked to was very helpful and gave us some much appreciated help, (even though he usually fished there for pike).
Much to our amazement we came last in the draw .....But subsequently came first in this round, now we go on to the "semi finals" on St John's in July....
I'm afraid I didn't catch his name, but if possible could you thank all the staff so that he finds out.,....
