I ordered a shed load of tackle/bait last week, unfortunately some of the bait was out of stock and I was told it'll be a couple of weeks before the next delivery. However it turned up today, so I'd just like to say a massive thank you to you all for sorting it so quickly!!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Tacklebox for your excellent and friendly customer service. I have been a mail order customer for a number of years and before that I used to shop in person. Across both platforms I have found the service to be spot on. I would especially like to give a big shout out to Jo in the mail order department to say thank you for all her help with my orders recently.

Having contacted Mick by phone regarding the availability of items in this order I would like to comment that he handled my query efficiently and in a very courteous manner. Sometimes today people seem reticent to voice their opinions, in this instance, and in my opinion, Mick deserves full credit for a job well done,
