Just to say a big thank you to Gary D for guiding me through the bivvy range and deciding on what to buy . Gary like all the staff at The Tackle Box didn't opt for the most expensive product and definitely was NOT sales orientated, just wanted the product to match my needs and to be clear of the reasoning behind the purchase.
Gary D is part of the furniture so to speak at the shop and his wealth of knowledge is something that shouldn't be taken for granted, it's people like him that keeps the shop the trustworthy name its gained.
My thanks also go out to Caroline for a second to none customer service getting the parcel delivered on a day that suited me. Mark from Norfolk.

Travelled from Norfolk to buy a couple of Cat Rods and forgot one of my reels that was left behind the counter. Phoned them when I got home and kindly asked if they could pop it in the post. Arrived 18 hours later - 1st Class! Fantastic service, knowledgeable & friendly staff and a great "well stocked" Tackle Shop.
