I needed a couple of niggles on my SS2600s sorting. Contacted the shop by email asking about their service and got a detailed reply within a couple of hours. Sent them off and got a confirmation they’d received them.
They kept me totally updated on what they were doing, what issues they found and options on what they could do. They sorted them out and I got them back within days.
Brilliant service and highly recommended.
Best tackle shop by far. The team are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Massive stock levels and good prices.

Big thanks for all your help today Nicola and myself have been using the tackle box for year's, part exchanged some tackle today and purchased some new items, big thanks to Pete for all the help he gave, and thanks to Kevin for the advice and help with the carp rigs and for taking the time and trouble to show us exactly where we were going wrong and how to do it correctly. Massive thanks to all the staff as usual always so helpful, can't recommend this shop enough.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your fantastic customer service. For the last 12-18 months I have become increasingly disappointed in the level of customer service I have received from numerous businesses (both fishing and non fishing related businesses). It is so refreshing and pleasing to see company’s such as yourselves maintaining the high levels of service you have always achieved.
I have recently placed an online order with yourselves. A day or two after placing this order I receive a phone call from one of your staff explaining that a couple of items are out of stock and asking if I would like to place them on back order, which I did. I received my order yesterday and then checked on line as I was unsure of what items were on back order (as I was driving at the time of the call). I check my order online and it clearly shows the items on back order.
I know to some this may be seen as minor items but to myself it demonstrates a level of customer service rarely seen these days. It is always the small things that make the big differences.
