Used Tackle Box now for years never had a problem with them always very polite and helpful. If you have any problems with your purchase they sort it out there and then I like the fact that what you buy if you have a problem it's sorted no questions. I would recommend them above any other tackle shop, they go above and beyond to help you if they haven't got what you need they will do their upmost to get it for you!!

Absolutely fantastic service
Throughout this covid-19 pandemic you guys have been right on top of it, when we weren't allowed out at all, your mail order service allowed me to re-stock stuff that I was short of, respool my reels, even treat myself to a few things that I'm sure I wont need but hey!
We all love shiny new stuff right?
& then when we were allowed back on the banks, your "click & collect" service was brilliant.
I ordered my bait, & a few bits & pieces one evening got the email confirmation next morning telling me it was ready to collect that day. Spot on.
So I just wanted to say.... thanks lads.

"I ordered the Darent Valley 8ft Specialist and was delighted with the Quality, feel and balance of this lightweight yet capable rod. It helped me to tame decent chub in close quarters in snaggy places, yet is sensible enough to indicate shivering bites of small Roach and the thrice-cursed Round Goby.
Sadly I broke the tip of one top section by my own fault while storing it away.
The customer Service of Tackle Box reacted immedeatly and provided me with a new top section for free without discussion even when I stated that i broke it by my own fault. This is a customer Service i am not used to and i find it outstanding.

Pete at the Tackle Box gave me some great advice as I'm just getting back into fishing. Very friendly and helpful and all the top brands in stock. They also sell their own brand kit which looks very good.
