Re: Rod Repair.
I just want to say how pleased I am with the repair to my Sage rod, many thanks to whoever did the repair, the finished result is truly professional.

On Wednesday 26th June, Myself, My Fiancee and My Parents drove 40 minutes to Dartford in order to repair a butt eye on one of my Carp Rods. From the second we opened the door we were greeted warmly and with great enthusiasm! After handing the rod over, I had a few questions about some products in the store. The guy who served us was named Chris, a friendly, vibrant and extremely helpful man. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Offering advice, alternative solutions and great banter! He was so refreshing to be around in a world of crap customer service! Even when we got back home, we all commented just how brilliant he was! I hope this email reaches both HIM and His Manager, to let him know what a fantastic job he is doing! On too of all that, my much loved rod was fixed in 4 minutes and cost £3.50. What a result!!

I ordered a replacement 32" net mesh about 1.30pm on Thursday 16/5. Over the next 2hrs I got 4 emails keeping me up to speed on the progress of my order. The post arrived with my order just after 10am on Friday 17/5. Fitted to net arms before 10.30am. That's 20hrs from ordering through to "ready to use"! If you are the mail order team, give yourselves a pat on the back, and show this email to your boss. If you are the boss go out an buy the team some biscuits for elevenses! This is the first time I have ordered through you. You were one of just two UK sources of this net size that I could find. The other one was from a very specialised custom net supplier, and so £7 more expensive. Yes you can quote me using this reply. This wasn't a big order, and I was expecting the standard 2+ days standard delivery, so it is just about the best service I have ever had. I will be back!
