It is always easy to complain but never easy to write a compliment. Please convey my message to Lee that I am really impressed with Tackle Box and more importantly it’s staff. He can be really proud and I will surely only be saying good thing about Tackle box and it employees to all I meet.

Sent the shop an email regarding me trying a rod build, received a call the next day from Marc one of the rod builders, have to say what a lovely guy, talked me through the process and advised me on everything I wanted to know, put up with all my questions too, would highly recommend The Tackle Box , great staff and no pushy sales chat just genuine guidance and advice, thanks all, can't wait to order now and get building, Alyn.

I just wanted to say thank you. I placed an order for a reel recently. This item was delivered in super fast time. I also received a branded product certificate, which I was really not expecting. But what a nice touch this was. I will definitely use your mail order service again and recommend you to my friends.
