Superb service. I needed a spring for my reel. They called me back to discuss my needs then posted the spring out to me 1st class in a padded envelope. All normal you may say.... BUT the cost of the spring was 25 pence ! Yes, 25p (not even £3 inc delivery) and I still got superb service. Can't of made a penny on me ! But gained a new customer for the future . Thanks alot !

Ordered 4 Free Spirits on the recommendation of my brother in law.
Arrived at 7am this morning after ordering 24hrs ago. I must say the service was second to none!! I ordered the wrong size eye (40mm) by accident online. Before they sent them out I received a phone call to make sure the eye size was correct. They changed it there and then before sending. The rods are immaculate.
