Just a quick note to express my thanks for all your help, regarding the replacement of the top section of my Darent Valley 11' 0.75lb tc, specialist rod section.

I was thoroughly impressed, when told that you would replace the section for only the cost of the postage. I really didn't expect this, and was prepared to pay for the section, or even a complete new rod, if that wasn't viable.

Not only did you replace the section, but made arrangements for next day delivery.

As things turned out, a problem with the courier, meant that I didn't actually get the rod section for several days, but you dealt with that problem, brilliantly. And, to be honest, I wasn't in a great hurry.

I cannot praise your help and service, enough. I shall be buying from you again, there is no doubt of that.

Thanks to all at Tackle Box, and particularly to Jo, who helped out, in particular, with the courier problem.

Just would like to say a big thank you to Lee and another young chap who’s name I didn't catch for their help and advise in selecting a new set of rods a couple of weeks ago.
Although having been in carp fishing over 35 years and think you have seen it all, it always feels good to have such expert advice.

The mother brought me a stalking rod for Christmas. Fed Ex messed up the delivery. The Tackle Box refunded the postage and couldn't be more helpful. Will be coming back for sure. Especially as AD have brought my local tackle shop!
Not a carp head although plan to visit France next year. Have found most carp anglers judgemental looking down on others all about the size of one's catch forget the fact fished for over 40 years. Which offends me at times. However that being said although The Tackle Box is more geared towards the carp angler they do cater for all anglers including all coarse, predatory, and sea, trout. The moral of the story is just because not a carp angler they still didn't look down their nose in ignorance. They where only to pleased to help and give advice. May not be a regular customer however have popped in on my travels going back almost 20 years. Not once have left feeling down misguided, robbed of my hard earned money, and not given 100% Customer Focus and Attention. There are some fishing tackle shops who will gladly take your money and are damn right rude and obnoxious. Not willing to help or give any advice. And in a world of modern day angling often left confused with new advancements taken my old school upbringing. Have spent literally thousands in some shops over the years would no longer spend a penny due to poor service. In my books quality products and above all Top Class Customer Service goes a very long way. That's why based on every experience had entering this shop left content. First class service, great staff thoroughly recommended. Even if your going in to spend a pound or a thousand or The Greatest Carp Angler on the planet. Everyone is treated with respect regardless.
