Incredible customer service. Accidentally broke a pole on a beach shelter; via the manufacturer's website was recommended 'The Tackle Box'. Bearing in mind that the tent model was a few years old, when I phoned, they asked me to leave it with them. Within a day, they had secured a complete set of new poles from Europe, and with my consent had them posted to the UK, and then onto me at a very reasonable price. They went out of their way to be courteous and efficient and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you!
