On Wednesday 26th June, Myself, My Fiancee and My Parents drove 40 minutes to Dartford in order to repair a butt eye on one of my Carp Rods. From the second we opened the door we were greeted warmly and with great enthusiasm! After handing the rod over, I had a few questions about some products in the store. The guy who served us was named Chris, a friendly, vibrant and extremely helpful man. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Offering advice, alternative solutions and great banter! He was so refreshing to be around in a world of crap customer service! Even when we got back home, we all commented just how brilliant he was! I hope this email reaches both HIM and His Manager, to let him know what a fantastic job he is doing! On too of all that, my much loved rod was fixed in 4 minutes and cost £3.50. What a result!!
