Superb service. I needed a spring for my reel. They called me back to discuss my needs then posted the spring out to me 1st class in a padded envelope. All normal you may say.... BUT the cost of the spring was 25 pence ! Yes, 25p (not even £3 inc delivery) and I still got superb service. Can't of made a penny on me ! But gained a new customer for the future . Thanks alot !

Ordered 4 Free Spirits on the recommendation of my brother in law.
Arrived at 7am this morning after ordering 24hrs ago. I must say the service was second to none!! I ordered the wrong size eye (40mm) by accident online. Before they sent them out I received a phone call to make sure the eye size was correct. They changed it there and then before sending. The rods are immaculate.

It's an absolute gem top class tackle shop guys in there are first class very helpful and polite and it's always a pleasure going there highly recommend if you need your fishing gear

Many thanks Peter at Tackle Box, helping me sort out landing nets, great to deal with a shop that sells spares and fixes stuff, other shops seem to want to sell me things I don't want. Really happy with the service.
