Thanks for your message and keeping me updated as to the progress of my repair.
I realise it was only a minor issue and I know you are a very busy tackle shop but I would like to commend you on a first class excellent service which in this day and age is a rarity Your service has been second to none and costs have been very reasonable.
It is always a bit worrying sending an expensive item away because you never really know what problems you may encounter but I can only say you have alleviated any doubts I may have had and will not hesitate to recommend you to anybody I know who needs any service in the future.
I wonder if I could ask you to send me a copy of your catalogue for future reference please.

I'd like to thank you for your fast response to my order and request.
I receive it yesterday by FedEx. All products was best quality and good arranged in the packages. Arrived in Greece at 3 Jan 2018 and the order made at 27 Dec 2017. The fastest delivery ever experienced (even with the new years holidays...)

Just a quick note to express my thanks for all your help, regarding the replacement of the top section of my Darent Valley 11' 0.75lb tc, specialist rod section.
I was thoroughly impressed, when told that you would replace the section for only the cost of the postage. I really didn't expect this, and was prepared to pay for the section, or even a complete new rod, if that wasn't viable.
Not only did you replace the section, but made arrangements for next day delivery.
As things turned out, a problem with the courier, meant that I didn't actually get the rod section for several days, but you dealt with that problem, brilliantly. And, to be honest, I wasn't in a great hurry.
I cannot praise your help and service, enough. I shall be buying from you again, there is no doubt of that.
Thanks to all at Tackle Box, and particularly to Jo, who helped out, in particular, with the courier problem.

Just would like to say a big thank you to Lee and another young chap who’s name I didn't catch for their help and advise in selecting a new set of rods a couple of weeks ago.
Although having been in carp fishing over 35 years and think you have seen it all, it always feels good to have such expert advice.
