Customer Service availability

The Customer Service Department is open from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (from 9.30am on Thursday), 8.30am to 12.30pm on a Saturday. If you have any questions relating to orders already placed or received please contact us between these times.

Please note that the Customer Service team (for mail order enquiries) is not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
